FlatWire is thinner than the typical business card. Before you know it, the happy owner is sitting on his couch watching his television, which he has mounted perfectly on the wall. There's not a cable, cord or wire to be seen. But in reality, that television would require several cables to work the way it does in the ad. It would need a power cord, at the very least. There have been skirmishes at the border ever since. More than 14,000 people have died in the fighting in Ukraine’s eastern region Donbas, and at least two million people have been forced to flee their homes. The situation remains extremely tense, with Nato forces essentially waiting on President Putin’s next move. The US has 8,500 troops on high alert to be deployed to Nato’s eastern flank. However, the US President has repeatedly ruled out sending troops directly to Ukraine. Nato increased its presence in the eastern part of the Alliance in 2014, in response to Russia’s annexation of Crimea.
